Please note that this is designed to assist OEM System Builders and Resellers with Microsoft’s OEM Partner Center (OPC) website. 

Our working hours are Monday through Friday 7 AM – 6 PM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC – 7). We observe the same holidays Microsoft observes. If your request has been received within working hours, we are reviewing your request and will contact you shortly. If your request has been received outside of working hours, we will review your request and contact you as early as possible within the next business day.
